hello everyone, i will post everything i said in the meeting here word for word.
Hello Everyone, Thank you all for being here tonight. As many of you are new, I would like to go over a few things that most older members know.
I will try to hold meetings in the first or last week of every month. In the meetings I will cover important topics and then when im finished speaking I will give you all a chance to ask questions about the topic that I have covered. At the end of the meeting I will give you all a chance to ask questions but please be polite and do not talk over people.
Topic 1: How to solve problems in the fc.
If any of you have any ideas or see an issue in the fc, I strongly encourage you to come find me and speak your mind. This goes for everyone. Nothing will be taboo. We have a truly amazing thing going on here and for it to get even better I need you all to communicate. If im online send me a tell. If I don’t get back to you right away I may be speaking to someone else or doing something. If this happens please do not get offended. The right thing to do in that situation would be to send me a message in moogle mail and I will get back to you asap. If you are not on my friendslist please send me a request. If you have a problem with the mail or I am not online, there are other ways of contacting me. You can use facebook ( lokipina ra) or email. My personal email is conrfom@aol.com ( yes I still use aol. Im old).
Alternatively, you can speak to an officer or council member and they will contact me or they will handle the problem themselves.

Topic 2: This next thing has been an on going issue that im looking to fix. We are a large fc of almost 200 people. Some of you just joined and some of you have been on for a long time. Because of our numbers, some people have felt like they don’t fit in with the group or are being ignored. I can tell you personally that all of you fit in to this fc. Every single person has a place here and you are all very much wanted. If you want to be part of a thing that the fc is doing all you must do is speak up. If no one responds then say it again. If you don’t hear back from people that does not mean you are being ignored. It means that people are busy. In that situation it is a good idea to start the party yourself. If you still feel that you are not being included then please let me know and I will personally make sure that you are included in the group.
If this is an issue for you then please don’t just leave the fc. Speak to me or an officer and let us help you get what you need. All of us are really friendly and willing to help you.

Topic 3: Im looking for people to help out in the fc a bit more because all of the responsibility has fallen on a few people. The officers are trying their best but they need help. If you want to help the fc become the best it can possibly be than speak with me and I will find you a position. To be an officer all you must do is have a strong desire to help the fc as much as possible.
I also need a team of people to help the new members and the people that are totally new to the game. I will create a rank for people that specifically want to help new people. I have called this rank advisory member but that name may change.
Would any of you like a position to help the fc members as an officer or advisory member?
Topic 4: the raid group
NoAd has created a group that is focused on endgame raids. This group is involved in clears. Learning parties and high level farms. If you want to be in the raid group speak to punpun, myself or any other linkshell leaders. This group is not limited to fc members so if any of your friends want to join, they can. We need people to seek out others that want to raid with us.

Topic 5. The rp link shell. The fc now has a linkshell for rp. If you want to rp then please ask to join the ls. There is an fc house used only for rp in ward 12 plot 35 of the mist. Noad.boards.net has all the info you need for the rp ls.

Topic 6: crafters. The fc is looking for people to help with crafting and building airships in the workshop. If you want to help with that I will put you in the position of artifex. Speak to pingu on how you can help with crafting in the fc.

Topic 7 the fc chest. The fc chest is open for all members to use. Items in slot 1 and 2 are open for all members to use. The fc chest will be revised soon when I get a chance to speak to the crafters.

We will be hoisting a fashion show at the fc house this month. There will be prizes and a raffle for all people of this server. I need members that want to help us put on the event. If you want to help speak to me after the meeting.

Topic 10. Fc members: in order to play this game as efficiently as possible, we need more members. More people will help us get into things faster. If you see a person with out an fc then please speak to them in tell. Do not ninja invite people. All ranks can invite people. There are no requirements to join NoAd. All you must do is be friendly.
