The sun set over the vast ocean, as Reno looked off the docks of Costa De Sol. She sat contemplating about how her life was going and if everything was the way she wanted it to be. She had good friends, a home, a place to sleep at night. All seemed well in her head but sometime she'd get a sinking feeling in her chest. Like she wasn't complete, like something was missing but she couldn't figure out what. As Reno stood up to watch the last of the sun go down she smiled to herself. Whatever that sinking feeling was... that emptiness she felt, things would be okay.
Grabbing a crystal from her pocket, she whispered silently to the crystal and she was swept away in a flash of light. Opening her eyes once she felt her feet hit solid ground she smiled as she arrived at the home of her Free Company. Walking up to the door and opening it slowly. Sadly it didn't look like anyone was home.
They must be out having some fun adventures. She thought to herself never speaking aloud.
Her ears twitched to the sound of talking in her ear, her linkshells. She giggled at the conversation being held among many people.
Heading to her Private room, she sighed closing the door behind herself. Removing her boots and going to lay on her couch that was to the left of the door. Staring at the ceiling as she couldn't hold her eyes open any longer and drifted to sleep.

Jumping awake Reno heard a door slam... was someone home? Maybe someone was mad...? She wasn't sure... staring at the clock above her door as she focused on the time. 4am!?! She paniced...
She needed to get some mining done today... rushing to get her gear and get changed. She swiftly grabbed a crystal from her pocket and whispered softly as she was swept away by the aether. In ul'dah she made way by sprinting to the nearest gate.
When she was outside she grabbed a small whistle from her pocket and called her chocobo. Smiling as casper came into view she slowed him down and gave him a piece of cabbage, his favorite. Petting his soft feathers as she mounted him and went off to look for some rocks. She needed to gather some soil and other things to get by, gil didn't grow on trees... well at least that she knew of.
Drinking some water from a cantee she had on her belt she looked around as she finished mining wiping her brow. Ul'dah sure was hot... not many people here either... unlike Limsa. Reno looked at the sun rising in the sky and smiled to herself, hopefully today was going to be a good day.
